Marinate Prawns with all the listed ingredients and leave them for 1 hour
Boil Water in a deep-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients required for Biryani Rice and bring it to a proper boil.
Now add soaked Basmati Rice and dried Rose Petals to the boiling water and cook until it's 80% done.
Spread a layer of the 80% cooked Rice onto the marinating Prawns.
Sprinkle and spread all the ingredients which are kept for Dum on top of the 80% cooked Rice.
Cover the vessel with a tight lid and seal it with Maida Flour. Dum for 5 mins on a high flame and for 7 mins on a low flame and switch off the stove. Leave it to rest for 20 mins.
Mix it well and enjoy your Prawn Biryani with Mirchi Ka Salan.
